Jimmy Carter Talks To Emory University On The Greatest Threat To America, Rising College Costs And Libya

Former President Jimmy Carter spoke to first-year Emory University students and answered their questions in the 31st Annual Carter Town Hall.

President Carter didn?t hold back, discussing everything from his opinion on the violence in Libya and the Affordable Care Act, the importance of campaign finance reform, the rising costs of higher education and if he prefers smooth or crunchy peanut butter.
