Winter can be a challenging time for health and fitness. ?We?re more likely to be inactive while hiding from the weather and dark, more likely to turn to comfort foods, and less motivated to get up early to fit in exercise. ?It?s pretty common for people to feel lethargic, stiff, overweight and unfit when spring arrives. ?Often people turn to a popular diet or a detox as a quick way to improve their health and body fat percentage, however a great majority of these diets and detoxes are extreme and even dangerous. ?They?re also useless over the long term!?

Our 6 week Spring Challenge proves popular every year. ?It is based around increasing your awareness of your habits and taking steps to improve these habits in a sustainable way.
This?program focuses on behavioural change and goal setting in order to get back on track and live a bit healthier over the next 6 weeks.

How does it work?? What do I have to do?
There?s no cost, no meetings to attend, nothing asked of you other than to read the challenge every week and follow the goal setting for the coming week.? Each week we?ll focus on a different area of health/fitness, making one change at a time.? It will give you something to focus on, raise your awareness and encourage you to make healthy changes in a manageable way.? My goal is that eventually these changes will become the new norm for you.
