Unconfirmed Reports of a Tornado in Sidney

There are unconfirmed reports that a tornado touched down early this evening in the town of Sidney in Delaware County.?

Police say that trees and limbs are blocking some of the roads and there are significant power outages.? They say crews are on the scene working hard to make sure the roads are safe and passable.
